How we handle, protect and keep client files, including files that contain health information or information about identifiable people, is set out in our Terms and conditions at informanalytics.au/terms.
1.4. Online meetings: If we meet online we may ask your permission to transcribe the meeting, using Apple's call transcription on iPhone or Microsoft Teams transcription, including Teams Premium. We ask so that you know it is happening, and so we can respond to what you need accurately the first time. We do not transcribe without your agreement.
1.5. Website visits: Our website platform records your IP address, the pages you view, your browser type and the site that referred you, and sets cookies for this. We use it to see how the site is used. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use this data to identify you.
1.6. Email and correspondence: If you deal with us by email or phone we keep the correspondence needed to do the work.
1.7. We do not collect payment card details through this website and we do not run a mailing list.
